Hi Bansal , No you do not need a job offer , only the letter and the certificate of nomination is enough to apply for the work permit [beside some other forms] ,the next step afetr getting the letter is applying for a work permit , please see the link I attached in an earlier reply to Maryam

Hi Bansal , that is why they decided to issue OWP in our case ,to fasten the process and accordingly we can start working there to cover the shortage in some NOCs in Ontario

Hi Pradeesh sorry but i did not get your point , I think there is a difference in processing time in both cases ( PR vs OWP) ,for instant, if we are talking about newdelhi visa office, it would take about 10 months to process the PR while it takes only one month to issue the OWP ,please correct...
