I think the scan wasn't clear enough. The assessor should have state the reason it was rejected because the CR couldn't see a reason. I quickly uploaded a very clear copy and I got the status update within 10mins. Still expect a completion date this week by God's Grace.

It just says "certificate not accepted" However, i challenged the decision because it was a similar doc I used for my evaluation which was accepted. Right now, the status has changed back to "processing and evaluating"

It was the uploaded certificate that was rejected. The transcript was accepted.

Just spoke to the customer representative and he said there is no reason stated and I should send an email to them for him to forward to the assessor.

Got an update. My wife's attestation was rejected:(
