I think 3-4 days... honestly when i got the approval email i didnt care about ECAS - it can take however long it wants to change from whtvr to whtv as long as its accurate and you have the approval email you are good u know :)

Dont Cancel your MSP untill you get your OHIP card and insurance kicked in. You pay for MSP till you get the other.. MSP can be used anywhere in Canada untill the newer insurance kicks in... you can travel, do wtvr you want.. i assume that your wife is already msp insured. if now then get her...

Yea I agree. New Delhi do have a tendency to request the Passport almost right away and they just hold it on the file.. The real wait starts now though... who knows how long they will take from here.. But for sure it will little better to see some movement after waiting for over 3 months in...

Well submit this form with completeness and submit it today itself.. send it one day post so they have it by next wed, once they get it, they will process it right away.. usually when they ask for more information/documents and when some one sends it they compile it with your file right away...

If you mailed it after MArch 31st, which I see it in your case, they may ask you to refill that form... I dont think they will return your complete application though...
