If CIC is working received feb 7,2012 appliication.....how would come up with approval on feb 16,17 like that...I think they just pick up randomly. Now week has been started so let see what they got this week...

I dont know what the hell is going on? IF they doing so fast then the time would be going down not up....but hopefully they doing well in soon and everyone got their approval fast as soon as they want....http://:) :) :)
