Thank you po. Sabi kasi sa akin ng officer sa VFS over the phone, I need to apply online first then submit my documents to them (VFS). Kaya medyo naguguluhan ako.

Hi guys! I am really stressed out right now as I try to complete all the requirements for the study permit application for Fall - October 2017 intake. I am from the Philippines and studied secondary school (I have to be honest here, I did not do very well in secondary school, I failed 1 subject)...

Please help. I am confused whether I have to write two separate letters or are they just the same. Thank you so much!

Are study plan and letter of explanation the same?
