No need to worry. Prepare all your documents ahead of time. You can do medical and pcc 2 weeks before you finish 1 year. Most importantly get atleast 7 band in ielts. You can get invitation for sure with out any waiting period.

You must get a letter from client describing your job responsibilities and start date, job title. The client is seeing your job duties every day but not your agency.

If the application is returned then probably you will get full refund. If the application is processed and then got rejected then you will get only rrpf refund. In your case you should get full refund. Might take couple of weeks i guess. Which document did you miss?

How many points you will be at after 1 year ? It all depends on your ee score. If you can have above 450 you will easily get invitation with in that 20 days. In my case and got invitation with in 7 days after creating the profile

You need 3 letters . One from agency and two letters from two companies covering all details that are needed by cic. You can check cic reference letter requirements
