This does not work as the "Given name" field is also mandatory in the linking process.

You can enter 60 days before your program starts but you might want to double check this information.

I don't use any surname in my official documents and hence I don't have anything to write in the "Last name" field. I've tried using my first name in both fields, Tried using "X", "Not Applicable", "N/A" and "x" instead of "Given name" and wrote my First name in Family name field but nothing...
