That's correct. Even I did not give biometrics. My work permit was issued in Oct 2020 also, I am inland as well. When I came to Canada first time in 2018, Biometric was not requsted.

Hi, Good!, I am inland CEC candidate too, my AOR is 11 DEC 2020 and CRS is 490 as well. Could you please tell when we get Biometric request, on the same day of MEP and what is the process of Biometric, can it be done in advance or does IRCC send some letter ? Thanks, Vinay Chauhan

Thank you very much!!! Yes I paid Biometric fee to IRCC while submission of PR application. Could I get Biometric done now or It is not possible without IRCC later, as I have not received any letter so far.
