Offer of admission means college send us offer to study in their college and if we accept the offer then we have to pay the college fees and after receiving the fees college issue us letter of acceptance .

Hello I have an query. My agent applied in a wrong program in centennial and today i got the offer letter of the same.. So is there any way i can cancel this offer letter and reapply again in centennial with different program

No you are not eligible for sds.. Sds have some requirements which must be fulfilled no matter what.. That are one year college fees , GIC and 6 band in each module. Moreover toefl is not accepted in sds.. only ielts is acceptable .
