Funny thing is I did submit the PR application the "old" way. Prior to this I submitted 3 TRV applications online the new way and no problems whatsoever. Got these turned around and approved in record time. So it's kind of hit and miss.

As long as you stay within their parameters (size and file type) you should be ok. It says on their website the types/sizes of acceptable files. Just FYI I did all mine in PDF. I used this link, it was simple and made my life a whole lot easier. https://online2pdf.com/
