I have query: if one has a job offer in BC NOT through LMIA, just simple job offer, then what? will that be any good?

A valid job offer is always supported by LMIA, so if no LMIA then no points.

I am at 460, if I want to go with PNP in ON, where to start. Just wait for OINP or is there any other way to apply? my fsw score is 72. Permit expiring next month. Have to hurry up.
