Hi, I have 3 different jobs all under noc b , however I started from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 I full fill my 1 year requirment but I may not receive t4s and notice of assessment until Feb end , can I submit application just with reference letters and pay stubs if I am invited to apply this month?
