the reference letter with job duties is the most important one for IRCC. and they usually accept it from a supervisor/colleague if you provide enough supporting documents and also the proof that your company rejected to issue you this letter. anyway I guess you have submitted a new application...

didn't you provide a notarized reference letter from your manager / colleague from that company ? I have heard many times in this forum that, in the absence of an official reference letter, this approach works provided that you submit sufficient proof of your employment.

are only the CEC guys with May AOR getting updates on their profiles ? no updates on FSW guys ?

yes this is good enough. as long as you have provided your manager's contact info you are good to go. also go ahead and include those pay stubs.

your reference letter must contain your job duties and responsibilities. this is a mandatory requirement as per IRCC...

I am not missing the medical report, that I have. I'm only missing one reference letter from my past employer and I can't collect it as their offices have been closed since mid March :( I got ITA in mid Februrary.
