    MARCH 2017 *OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANT*

Why do you think you would not need to submit Police clearance.. If it takes a long time in your country, you should start the process as soon as possible. And CIC also mentions the same thing in the checklist and guides - to start the process early

Did you get your file transferred already? Before Schedule A? Interesting!! I thought they would see the address on Schedule A and based on that they would be transferring the file to appropriate VO

I believe you need to get documents notarized when they have been translated from some other language to English. If your original is in English, then you dont need to get it notarized

should be ok since T4 is also from the CRA. but also add a note on why you are not giving them a notice of assessment. And also your paystubs if possible

    Spousal sponsorship

Section 10 and 11 contains almost all of the possible mistakes that one can make. It might give you an idea but its not very helpful. CIC would have marked your mistakes by a highlighter in your checklist or probably even wouldve added a document stating what exactly you did wrong. Did you not...

Thread For applications Through SYDNEY (AUSTRALIA) Office

It shouldn't be too long of a wait unlike other Visa Offices. Sydney office is not too busy and faster because of that.

Thread For applications Through SYDNEY (AUSTRALIA) Office

Haha You seem pretty curious about whats happening in CIC internally. I guess it would be too much cost for CIC to actually send all physical files to different visa offices throughout the world. They probably have a software that shares all the information with other visa offices. What your...

Hello ppl I asked this at another thread too... sorry if you are reading it again :) What sort of questions can we expect at immigration for a spouse visiting to Canada on TRV? Spousal sponsorship

Thanks, but she would be going to NZ for a couple months during the process. I really do not understand why the application would go to NDVO. We would provide her residence address as a NZ address. She's been there for more than 3 years now. Application going to NDVO does not also makes sense...
