Received email in sponsor's inbox that file is transferred to New Delhi visa office. So next step is line in ecas and AOR2 CIC account->ECAS-"in process"->email regarding file transfer to NDVO->3 rd line in PA ECAS->AOR2->Background check in CIC account->DM in ECAS.

Thanks. They also asked for PCC. Does this means background check is done first in Mississauga and then in NDVO. How much time it takes to get an email (AOR2) and for the line to appear in e-cas.

Finally e-cas changed to in process. Does this mean the file is transferred to NDVO visa office?

are you sure it's Mail and not email, I have not heard anybody getting a request through mail (physical mail not electronic)
