I am applying Fanshawe College, IBM (Course) specify the international admission officer in seneca that u r reapplying and need support letter that the course is in progression of your previous study and college gave u admission after reviewing your previous studies and ielts score. this what...

i called my international admissions officer and he sent me support letter in 48 hrs, u can ask your consultant also. just tell the that vo requires this support letter or u got rejection so please provide with this letter. ;D

i guess u r applying for P.R post for your queries in immigration section not in international students :P

if u get caips and apply again with strong SOP and support letter from college regarding your course in college + if u add provisional from yur b.com college it might get u visa or if u want to change go to some university in canada changing college wont matter unless your earlier was not good...
