I have a feeling NOC 4011 is gonna reach the cap sooner than others. It's a very broad category.

As far as I know, if you have not gone back to that country (not residing there anymore) you do not need to get another one, even if it expires. They will check your passport and they know you have not gone back.

I sent my Bsc, Msc and PhD degrees to them...they only returned my PhD....and took me 2 more months to convince them they did wrong and receive my correct ECA.

It's wrong man. contact them. they messed up my ECA last year as well. They didn't even apologize.

Hi guys, My application was returned to me last year and CIC has punched my IELTS. Do I need to ask the British Council to issue new IELTS certificate for me? my IELTS is still valid until June 30th.

I see some people include their CV in the application. Is this necessary? or optional?

What is cic tel number? It's not on the guideline.
