Hello there, For paper based application, we don't need to submit medical with your application. Cic ask your medical when they processes all the documents . And as far as i know, eca doesn't need to submit with application. Hopefully you get your answer

it takes only one hour to get approved . As fast as ur employer fills the information and submit it then it will generate one number thats called emploer portal number and u need to write it down that number in work permit extension form
