I don't think it is mandatory to send the medical receipt...but many of us prefer to send it along with other documents. I have done medical from Dar Al Afia (Dammam) as well and my receipt states the same i.e. NZ visa. Not an issue I guess.

Yes Dar Al Afia is e-medical and upload medicals after 6 working days.

In my WES evaluation, 'The Canadian Equivalency Summary' states 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' only, and in the below credential analysis part it shows two separate credentials, first which is Canadian equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' and the second credential which is equivalent...
