Ok..I am also in the same boat - almost one month since receiving the police verification email. Inefficiency in our system at its peak! Let us see if others are also facing similar issue and have any ideas on this.

When you get a confirmation of police check initiation from passport admin, you will also see a file number in same email starting with cat*. You will be able to check the status in psk using that number. Just remember to use smaller case when you search in psk (cat*)
