In this spreadsheet it’s written LVO doesn’t send AOR2. Then how did you know that the file has been transferred?

Actually I’m the principal applicant. I’m living in Saudi Arabia which makes London my VO, but I don’t understand they’ve requested medical pcc everything and haven’t transferred my file yet. Weird right? My GC key shows medical passed.

I got my medical done on 22nd April. Didn’t heard anything from hospital for a week. Called in again and they asked me to get my urine test done again. Did it in 29th April. No update on my gc account/ecas yet. I’ve till 16 May. What if it doesn’t update till then? What should I do
