It is according to your application, whichever you have preferred, email or mail. They give deadline of 60 days generally!

Hi, I just got RPRF and Bio-Data Request. I am so happy. I booked Medical Appointment on 14 February and also I apply for PCC from India. Finally waiting is going to end.

My PCC is still valid, it did not pass one year and also when I submit application it was only 20 days old. I got MR yesterday and PCC Request also yesterday.
