Have you sponsored your husband originally or no? The only potential problem I can see is that if he came as a sponsored spouse and after you had different addresses. No work history - not a problem. Residents don't have obligation to work. The important is to fill your taxes.

My ecas changed for Decision made. Last requested document has been provided on Dec 15th. Does it mean that we should expect passport request soon?

You have to see the checklist for Quebec financial evaluation! They are also considering savings accounts that you have in case if you don't have enough income.

The third question is a tricky one for this year's applicants :( In 2016 I had to provide my income papers for 2015 only (for Quebec). They want an "avis de cotisation" that you receive after you fill your income tax. I got my federal approval on June 2016, so I included my 2015 income papers...

Is there a website of Indian post where you can check? When I send something to USA or Russia I have to go to local post website once it crosses the border of country of destination.
