Hi I did receive AOR on Oct 11. After that I haven't received anything yet. Can anybody tell me how long it take?

Hi I did submit my parents application in June 2019. CIC received application on June 07 2019. I haven't received anything yet from CIC. no acknowledgement yet. Can anybody guide how long it take to get the acknowledgement? Thnaks
