Hi all, I am from Montreal too. Just sent my application Apr 21st, received on 23rd, now waiting for the AOR.

Good luck for everyone. Fishbone, let us know if you get it please. This will mean that the AOR are fired about 2 weeks after the receipt of the applications. Pretty quick.

Hi, You should expect around a couple of days to a week between receiving an AOR and the "in process". It takes from few weeks to a month to transfer your application from when they start processing it to your local office (if there is no issues with your application).

Yep, pretty quick. When you look at tecent timelines we should be getting the AOR in less than 2 or 3 weeks.
