Hi .. yes on my bill.. the 2 times I rang them was around 7pm UAE time .. the call duration was around 40min .. 35min to enter the data and the waiting time, and 5min with the agent

Yes but keep in mind the first time, it might not get through .. Give it 10 to 15min and try again .. :) Hope you will be answered by a nice agent like mine :cool:

Thanks Scarlette .. I phoned them today :) the agent again was very nice and I just asked if my application is going to be processed in Ottawa or London and about the eligibility ... He said my file is still in Ottawa .. most likely it will be sent to London at some stage about eligibility...

I called them a month ago .. nothing was happened then .. I did not order the notes yet

No I have not actually. I am not in hurry but as long as the PPR will arrive ... is there any chance after waiting this long I get rejected?

Hi .. do you live in the States?? I am wondering if it is normal not to hear a word since my AOR except for the update for the medical clearance .. they didn't ask for ADR or anythings .. you think they lost my file? :confused: My second query if my AOR was on 7th of March and I haven't heard...

I just rang them twice but they hang up in due to the high volume of phone calls.. Anyway, when I ring them I just dial+1-613-944-4000 using the cell phone not hangout though

Yes. They have not touched my file yet. I will ring and request the note after 9days when I finish 60days

At least they asked you to complete your documents. After I passed the MED, they forgot me completely!

This is really upsetting... I feel like am gonna be like you but will be remembered at some stage! Don't be too shocked if everything happens fast and you get your PR in a week or two!

Yes I called from Dubai. Their number is +1 613 9444000 ... It was not free .. I guess people use google hangout but I personally called them directly and waited for 38 minutes till the agent answered me.. So i expect a nice bill net month :eek:

He actually said we must receive an email if/when they transfer our applications to the visa office (technically I guess he meant when we move to NA2) ... I will ring them 16th of May if I don't hear from them ... but if you call them after 2 weeks and find different information for your...
