Our cases are very much the same. A11.2 was recommend pass as of June 2 and criminality was also in progress, although it was said that decision was pending on the FBI PC April 8. Besides I got ghost mail yesterday.

    INLAND FSW .... CONNECT HERE

As a starter, look up the federal skilled worker program and all provincial nomination programs. I am almost sure you are eligible for something. IRCC's website contains all the information you need.

You'd better apply for the FBI PC now. It takes almost 4 months to obtain it. Make sure: 1. Send multiple copies of your fingerprints. 2. Use Livescan to do the fingerprint if possible.

Hi I found the applicant who got rejected (entry 10) was actually applying with a PNP.

I think recommend pass is just as good as pass. My GCMS notes said recommend pass and then a few days later I got RPRF request.

    INLAND FSW .... CONNECT HERE

I wonder what the shortest waiting time for a FSW inland case has been so far. Any idea?

Hi Dev, I was asked to pay RPRF on June 13 and I paid it on the same day. Could you please update it in the spreadsheet? BTW, sabahat1981 (entry 62) who got PPR already was applying with a PNP.

Actually the RPRF request letter tells you that you are eligible already (the biggest concern for most people) and I think it is better than paying it upfront and not knowing the eligibility check.

No I don't have a provincial nomination. I got GCMS notes which were created on May 15th. Only R10 was checked and the rest was Not Started.

No. It has been in progress since March. It is such a big relief for me because I was worried that my application would be rejected due to NOC code mismatch. I guess now I can calm down and just wait.

Hi all, CIC just asked me to pay RPRF. Does that mean my application is safe? I am an inland FSW applicant btw. Thanks. The request letter says: "This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted...

    Thank you Asivad Anac

Thanks a lot for the advise, Asivad. My problem is my job is a rare one, which I could never find a good match. I work in a support team at a bank's back office that is meant to monitor the trading data (bank) and assure their integrity, (i.e. they are financially making sense), before they get...

    Thank you Asivad Anac

Hi Asivad, I have submitted my FSW application in March. I have been a bit worried that my application will be rejected due to the NOC code mismatch. Just I found another NOC code that matches my job duties better. At this point can I send a CSE to update the NOC code? Many thanks.

I did submit an incomplete OINP application on Jan 7 (forgot to include the bank draft in the package) so they are not going to assess my OINP application. Something you may want to know is that once you submit your EE application your OINP application (if still in process) will be withdrawn...

AOR in March 2016 >>>>> Good Luck ALL

My guess is they haven't even looked at it yet...Same thing with my FBI PC. I wasn't planning to order GCMS notes until yesterday when OINP closed most of their PNP streams for the year, which was my backup plan in case my current EE application got rejected. So I feel the same way. Hopefully...

Hi guys, I am wondering what the status of the eligibility review is for your application. Mine is still review in progress. Is it something that is going to change at some point or just stay like this until your application gets approved?
