    How do i get through to an agent when calling immigration about my application? Every time I try I go through the menu than when the machine reads my app status I have the option to press 0 to speak with an agent but after it disconnects saying that they are too busy

    No. Get your birth certificate from your consul if you are in Canada. It took 2 weeks for me. They will get it from your home country.

    I'm surprised they let you do upfront medical for that stream in Ontario. In the application guide they specifically write not to do it
