My CRS 448. i checked the message section. i can only find the ITA but not the letter.

Hi all I got ITA in the Last draw which happened in Jan 2018. but i couldn't find the INVITATION letter in my express entry profile. For doing my medical they are asking for invitation letter. After getting ITA will it take time to get the invitation letter ? or how to get the invitation letter ?
