For IELTS, you are entitled to a second copy if you apply to CIC. For more details, refer to FAQs on IELTS site or contact your IELTS center.

And another thought - there are not as many people after 14th May on the spreadsheet... Maybe they just don't tell if they got charged for some reasons. Somebody maybe doesn't know they got charged yet, others maybe became disengaged with this forum and won't write anymore, or some other...

I don't think it will help. All you can do is try to get new assestment from the other body.

So, according to you, CIC is not interested in the whole ECA report and looks at summary only because they practice simplistic approach? I'm not satisfied with that))))) It looks to me you don't have any basis for your assumption at all. And I'm afraid you read ECA conversion table on CIC site...

Haven't you been reading my post? I said my report was exactly the same, that is — I have the same summary. Now, can you please explain me, what is the grounds for your assumption that CIC looks not at the whole report (which lists three credentials very clearly) but on first two lines only?

Who can qualify for 22 points is written in the table you gave link to. Your explanation resembles information from that table very little (if at all).

This is all wrong. First, 25 points is maximum, nobody gets more than that :-\ A person with multiple Master's will still get 23 points, bcos two masters != PhD. But person with multiple Bachelor's can earn 22 points instead of 21. Second, you are forgetting the bachelor diploma — it is those...

This makes 22 points. It's two post-secondary credentials, one of which is for completing 3 or more years long program of study. I have very similar report (only I have three credentials, not two — a bachelor's and two two-year equivalents), I am expecting 22 points.
