You have to calm and wait there's no other option even with webforms there is not any fast mechanism (processing files).No matter what you will write ! Only we have to wait!! because if the second wave will come sooner lot of applications gone go for further more!!! 1-2 plus years!- Df.Set

My PR application got refused in AB. Can I move to Quebec and apply?
Reason why your application as declined ??? Second thing No matter where you are when you apply for PR you applying to CANADA! and not to a province ... So what is mean that they already know that you where refused and you trying for second time ... what you think that will be the answer...- Df.Set
