Yes. My background check says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

I called IRCC yesterday and I was told Eligibility is met, criminality is passed and security has not started yet. Does this mean my application is at the final processing stage? How long does security clearance take?

Hello everyone, I received my AOR on Dec 1, 2019 and I have applied for the PR from USA, but I have to go back to India. Do I have to inform IRCC about the location change? If yes, how do I inform IRCC and will that delay my application processing? Please advise @legalfalcon.
