Guys, Anwer me this whether I send to make New Bank Statement or I can Keep the old one?

Is bank Statement alone is enough without Bank Certificate? becz previously I have submitted both.. is anyone got charged without keeping bank Certificate? One more thing whether Original need to be produced or photocopy holds good?
