The universities you mentioned are not that easy to get into with your cgpa. You can try Windsor and lakehead university. Memorial university is not in Ontario.

Fine for lakehead and Windsor, not sure about Ottawa. But also prepare how you will explain to the visa officer why you're going for another Master's degree instead of a PhD, which would be a much more logical progression. They are strict with this.

Yea for Pakistan now the 5707 form shows up when u choose Pakistan in the cic website. But in Canada.ca website where it checks if your eligible to get a student visa I selected Pakistan there and answered a few questions and the family form 5645 shows up.
