You didn't need new medical until previous expired

After submission of your application, and completion check Ircc will send you instructions for medical.

If your application exceeds normal processing time or your enquiry have New document or information then they will respond in ten days. Other wise they are not bound to replying. It's up to their system may be they will reply in time or not. I've raised CSE 14 days ago there is no reply yet.

My application was returned due to same reason. I think only ECA report is not enough, the documents you sent to WES for ECA also attach with your application. No need to renew ECA.
