    GIC for Indians applying for United States.

    GIC is issued by a Bank in Canada, doesn't matter if you are in the US or India. Diploma after Masters will be rejected unless you have a extremely strong requirement. Which has to be clearly mentioned in SOP. You may eligible for express entry.

    These processing times are not applicable now and also SDS category still says 20 days. Any application submitted before September 15th for fall intake is fine. Many were not able to apply earlier because of educational loan issues. IRCC has acknowledged this.
