Hi everyone, how do you send items to FBI for clearance? I sent my package last week and when I tracked it today, it says "delivery attempted" - Your item arrived at the CLARKSBURG, WV 26301 post office at 12:19 pm on August 29, 2017 and is ready for pickup. I am confused. Any ideas?

Exactly the same situation. You can't update the date of birth once you have provided during the registration - click on the Help button next to the date of birth text box and you will see the message. However, if you select My profile menu, you will see you birthdate in a deactivated box.

Hi, Amir2017! I am experiencing the same problem and a few more - I tried to upload a supporting document and an error ocurred. After that all my previously uploaded documents went missing :( Right now I can't upload them again as the error keeps occurring. Hope they are working on the system.

Wandering Mind, thank a lot for your help! Did you get a nomination with the digital photo you uploaded? I don't have any gaps, so it looks like that I will skip the section "Other activities". Which section do you refer on travels and holidays? The system is still down, so I can't log in to...

Where do you send the documents? No paper docs are sent, only scanned documents are attached in the profile. Why do you need a copy of the birth certificate? May I scan the original birth certificate and the translated birth certificate and attach them? Please, explain and correct if I am wrong...
