Our ecas is updated to 'Medical results received' but the application for permanent residence is still labeled as 'In process'. Could someone pls confirm if their application status has changed to 'Decision made' after medical results were received? And if so, how long after it changed to that...

Hi guys, my spouse finally received medical exam request. Do you know how long after medical exam we can expect to know whether it was a pass? We are using GCkey. Also, how do we know we won't have an interview requested? And how long until PPR? Thanks in advance
