You can select All province option OR selectfew from the list. Alberta, Ontario, BC are accepting entries under your NOCs.

I had created an EOI. Though, it will filtered out as i have not been under 2174 job roles. But it better to submit rather than doing nothing.

It is intial stage where you file has been accepted and kept in the pool. It will take time for them to review and send a NOI. Time varies for every individual depending on their criteria.

Its been just a month in EE. But one of my friend having CRS 385 also find it difficult to receive a nomination. I think you will definitely get OINP nomination in next couple of tech draws. All the best. And will keep informing each other in case any updates.

I don't think it has anything to do with your Reading score. Please check properly.

What is your criteria of selection? NOC, job offer, EOI score?

Minimum score as 300 doesn't gurantee it is open for your NOC too. It depends on the NOC what you are applying for. So I'll suggest you to improve your score by giving IELTS again. One of my friend has same NOC as yours with CRS 390 from Sept 2018 and he still hasn't got NOI.

Alberta has more job opportunities for techie than in PEI. With this CRS there is less chance, but don't loose hopes. If you ask me you should have gone for one more attempt and try to get 8777 LRWS to get better chances of being nominated for Alberta. Meanwhile, submit an EOI for PEI PNP and...

That is because you haven't received NOI yet. Once you receive nomination from the province the file number is generated.
