Hi Garry, you can send your documents via courier or air mail to office of the registrar. For ielts you need to apply for additional TRF at your nearest British council office, where they directly forward your score to the university.

Since you are applying for MASc course you need to first contact the professors to supervise your course and then apply if they are willing to supervise. If the professor is ready to accept then you will get acceptance based on their recommendation
