I don't have online access so i don't know really but my BG started 27th and agent at CIC told me file is concluded i am just waiting for the officer to put the final decision which could be today or next week i guess.

Just called CIC for my application status update and lady said Medical, background they both were passed on 19th march and security just passed today so it was fairly recent and she said only thing i am missing is final decision that they can make anytime within the normal procesing time limit...

Probably they stamped it already and sending it back to you. I don't think there is anything to worry about.

What time did you call them? My call is never going thru, always hearing one thing that they have high number of calls and are unable to transfer .

If you have representative, can you still send the passport direcly to the centralized intake office by yourself or you have to send it to represtative and they will send it for you?
