Maple05, Does the Exas say when they start processing ur case? I got email comfirmation on the same day like urs, but no Ecas no matter i use receipt no, application no, pr or client id.

Some of us got emails to confirm the receipt of applications, but they did not mention when the apps will be processed. We got emails since our cases may take longer time to get active Ecas due to high vol of apps in June.

Hey guys, i got an email confirmation regarding the receipt of my application from cic yesterday. But i left questions 3b and 3c blank (other names used). Do u think they will return the package? Thanks for your advice.

I just got the email confirmation too. At least i know that it did not get lost or returned. I will wait patiently now. Maybe there r too many June applicants.

Dont worry, sooner or later you will have updated ecas. Some applicants like me did not even receive email confirmation. We are worried if they returned the apps but we dont receive or the apps got lost somewhere at cic, etc, etc .....

Mine was received on June 23rd. The thing is most apps received around my time got Ecas updated.. I think u should wait for only 1 week instead of 2 or longer since u ve been waiting 3 months already. U can send the second one just in case the first one got lost or smt like that. It d not hurt...

Some received email confirmation which is still good than us who are not sure if the apps got lost or retunred . So stressful when seeing first week of July even got active Ecas already. But i still think we should wait a bit more, i will wait another 2 weeks.

Om saif, I used the address for courier service while i sent by Canada Post? Is there any problem? my app was received june 23rd, but so far nothing updated while i saw most ppl around that time got active Ecas.

At least u got the email confirmation so u dont wonder if it has been retunred. I have heard anything, no ecas, so stressful

Yes, it works.thanks I think by end of this month, they will finish applications received up untill june 26 or maybe up until june 30 for sure. Let s wait

I wonder how you checked the automated service n got that message. Whenever i dial that number, i chose option 2 then option 4, but never hear such a message.
