Phone support does not seem to work. Webform is the only way to contact CIC.

Oh! this is a different email address that is why it goes to spam :( all the emails sent by cic is sent by donotreply@cic.gc.ca, thanks for sharing and many many congratulations for the PPR. I am still wondering, five days ppr email lies in your spam and no update in your cic account.
