Hi Pascal, Hi Alwin, If you allow me to share my opinion, it will not be easy to convince the consultant to give you the password amd then you change it, I'm typically my situation same as Alwin and what I did is that I renewed my contract with consultant with less fees than first time.

Thanks Alwin, but thr proof of fund is different from the one we sent to NB itself earlier or the same? What we sent to NB were last 6 months and letter showing our details from the bank, but here it looks different
