i have same status as of May-02-2018 but my recalculation date was :2018/05/10 , are you sure its 2019 not 2018?

Hello All, AOR: May02-2018. My application is in Eligibility:Recommend passed and Security : Not started status since May-2018 month end. I just have called customer care and they said that the status is still the same and they are following it up with Officer. I am clue less on whats going on...

@npvv : Please check Assessments section(May be in 2nd page)..your Eligibility might be recommend passed, then only it goes to an Officer review for final decision.
