Dude no worries... You will get your PP back safe... It's been just ONE case where things went wrong with passport, which is really unfortunate... but that happens very rarely.. You have crossed the biggest hurdle..!!! Go have a drink or something..!! lol

Congrats Nianjian..!! :) :) :) I see one pattern here.. After waiting for so long, whoever got the reply from CPP-O earlier this week, are getting their passports back one after the other.. If that is the case it should be just a matter of days before we all get our passports back.. Come on...

Sorry to contradict you here.. One of my friends after submitting his application, had a month long trip to a "not so friendly" country in North America's point of view. But still got his PP returned in two weeks. I think our passports were misplaced or our files were opened after 3-4 weeks...

Right now I'm even ok if they cancel my visa. Hell with it.. I just want my passport back. I have a very important trip next month.

yeah.... I know someone who works for CIC at Vegreville, AB. Maybe it's time to give him a ring and see if he can be of any help. Or my local MP is also some cabinet minister. I will wait till the end of this week and take both the routes to find out what is going on with my passport.

I fully agree with you. What CPP-O doing is unacceptable. If they are still reviewing our application why the heck they would change our ECAS status to decision made? Why the heck they sent us a request for PP so early, knowing they need more than a month to finalize. There is no logic in the...

That is so unfortunate. Guess you have already started your process on getting a new passport. I really hope CIC will be more considerate and acts quickly to send out your COPR soon. My prayers for you buddy.

No.. Some of them here had the tracker activation before home address showed up on Ecas. But if the address shows up first, then you can bet the tracker will get activated in 2-3 days time..
