Ask your MP to contact CIC regarding this, CIC might give me some reply. The main problem is that MP's of ruling party are not ready to admit fault of CPP- Ottawa, they always brag about CPP- Ottawa.

Just tell them how CPP-Ottawa is neglecting pre-July 2012 applicants. Some people are getting PPR's in 6 months on other hand people are waiting for more than 12 months.

Applicants from 2011 are also waiting but some applicants from July and August, 2012 got PPR's.....

Call them after 4 weeks for follow up.......
