I think they are still not processing your application. When there is an updated or they started processing your application, they will let you know for sure

It’s not the UCI number. In your acknowledgement letter they also send your file number, that number start with a letter followed by 9 numbers... that’s what you have to use

Decision made without AIP or requested medical is normally refusal

As long as you don’t receive your CoPR you will need a WP to work. CIC is unpredictable so after AIP it may still take several months to finish your process. Keep that in mind

I’m sorry you have tested positive for that disease but I am sure that with the correct treatment you will recover soon. It may delay the second phase of your application a bit but in the end your health comes first and for Immigration won't be big deal

Did you applied with your girlfriend as dependant? Because I applied as a dependant of my husband and all the letters from CIC came with just his name but they clarify that are referred to him and members that have been included in the application
