nickarter84 If you don't have any connection to Manitoba you are not eligible to enter. You can try for Express Entry Pool.

No Need to worry. They already issued to PR Visas on your passport...You must have photocopy of your lost passport.. Get it with you and they will check in their system that they issued visas to this passport no. or not..Once it confirmed, they will reissue VISA once you have new...

Thanks for the info. praisegur :) I have some more questions to ask. 1. The one who scores 400. Will they every pick this kind of score? 2. Why the lowest score going down in every draw? 3. In case any applicant's job profile competitor are less. In this case they won't prefer to pick low...

Its not true. My friend is there in Manitoba... He stated its the safest and cheapest state in whole Canada. Not to worry at all.
