I would suggest you to go to your Panel Physician, through whom you got your medicals done, and see if RMO Ottawa office requested back for any further tests. If they did so, it will be uploaded back on the e-medicals and the Panel Physician should be able to see it... and tell you about it...

As per my understanding of your notes, the VO has been satisfied with your employment and the proofs you have submitted for the employment. He did not question or suspect anything about your job. He was suspicious about your marriage, because you have showed that you got married in December...
